Internet Information Disclosure Standards
Purpose
Article 1
These standards are established pursuant to Article 11, Paragraph 2 of the Information Disclosure Regulations of the Tokyo International Finance Organization (hereinafter referred to as “the Organization”) to define the specific content, methods, and other details for the Organization’s dissemination of information via the Internet.
(Content of Information Dissemination via the Internet)
Article 2
The content disseminated by the Corporation via the Internet shall be as follows.
- 1. Purpose and Mission
- 2. Organizational Overview
- 3. Information related to Tokyo as an international financial center
- 4. Press releases and event information related to business activities
- 5. Member introductions and information regarding membership procedures
- 6. Important Regulations Concerning Organizational Management
- 7. Other Information Contributing to the Achievement of the Corporation’s Business Objectives
(Methods of Information Dissemination via the Internet)
Article 3
The Corporation shall utilize its website, social networking services, and other effective media conducive to disseminating information to communicate the information specified in the preceding Article.
- 1. In disseminating the information described in the preceding paragraph, the Corporation shall comply with the points to note stipulated in Article 4.
(Points to Note)
Article 4
The Corporation shall carefully review content and appropriately update information on the Internet to ensure the dissemination of information that is always up-to-date, easy to understand, and accurate.
- 1. The Corporation shall take care to ensure that information disseminated via the internet does not contain personally identifiable information. However, the Corporation may disseminate such personally identifiable information via the internet with the prior consent of the individual concerned. Even in such cases, if the individual requests correction of the information or cessation of its posting or publication, the Corporation shall promptly take appropriate measures, such as correcting or deleting the information.
- 2. To maintain the security and accuracy of information assets, the Corporation shall strive to prevent unauthorized access, destruction, falsification, and leakage, and shall implement appropriate security measures. Should any malfunction or issue arise, the Corporation shall promptly take appropriate action.
- 3. The Corporation shall disseminate information via the Internet using its own accounts.
- 4. When an employee of this Corporation disseminates information concerning this Corporation using an account other than those specified in the preceding paragraph, they must clearly state that the information does not represent the views of this Corporation.
(Detailed Rules)
Article 5
In addition to the provisions set forth in these regulations, matters necessary for the implementation of these regulations shall be separately determined by the Secretary General.
(Amendment and Repeal)
Article 6
Amendments and repeals of these regulations shall be made by decision of the Representative Director.
Supplementary Provisions
These standards shall come into effect on June 26, 2019.
